Ambiente Hostel - Lisbon

Ambiente Hostel ison the well-known Avenida Almirante Reis, right in one of Lisbon’s youngest and most energetic neighbourhoods, surrounded by great local restaurants, cafés and everyday city life. You are just a short walk from Arroios and Anjos metro stations, with easy, direct access to downtown, Chiado and the airport.

Housed in a classic 1900 Lisbon building and fully renovated, the hostel blends character with comfort and practicality. We offer 12 private rooms and 1 mixed 8-bed dorm, with a total of 4 shared bathrooms designed to work smoothly with the hostel’s day-to-day rhythm.

Guests can enjoy a cosy lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those who like independence while travelling. You will also find filtered water available, making it easy to stay comfortable and settle in.
In summer, some rooms include portable air conditioning - clearly indicated so you can choose exactly what suits you. In winter,rooms are equipped with heaters to keep things warm and cosy.

If you want a well-connected location, a friendly, straightforward place to stay, and the real Lisbon right outside the door, Ambiente Hostel is a smart base for exploring the city without losing the relaxed hostel vibe.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please note that the reception is open between 15:00 and 20:00 and late check-in after 20:00 should be solicited in advance. Check-in after 00:00 is not allowed.

Please note note thatdormitory rooms are mixed and guests younger that 16 years old are not allowed in dormitory rooms.

Please note: the city tax will be added to your room rate before finalizing your booking.

Please note: we dont have space for storage bikes. Bikes and any other similar equipment (motorbike, scooter, etc.) are not allowed inside the Hostel.

Pre-assignment of bottom bunks is impossible and it is always a subject of availability.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
